“Vibrant and Dimensional Watercolors”
Watercolor was my first medium when I started painting in the ’90s. Before becoming a Sedona artist, Gordon Haas, my mentor, suggested I outline the images with a black line to give them more “POP”! He recommended this, along with going back into each color repeatedly with more and more pigment to bring out the vibrancy of the landscape images. What you see below is the effect of this technique.
