This fantastic park is nestled right between downtown La Jolla and the edge of the Pacific Ocean. I’m grateful to use my artistic license (as you’ll witness after you view the reference used) for this whimsical serene painting with its perfect peaceful beach dappled with flowing palm trees.

In La Jolla, CA, Ellen Browning Scripps Park is a picturesque seaside village known for its rugged coastline that has inspired artists from all over the world, including me. With abundant sunshine and magnificent panoramic views, This village is conveniently located 15 miles north of San Diego.

I delight in having had the good fortune to be invited to do a private show for private art collectors showing 12 of my original works of ART (4 were sold on opening night) in Guangzhou, China, by gallery owner Nimin Chen of the Oil Painting Town Gallery in El Cajon and Muzillion art gallery in Brea, both in California.

After dropping off my ART at the gallery, Nimin and I traveled to La Jolla for the afternoon. So what does a Sedona artist do when visiting a new place?
